Storage Policies

    • Smoking and the use of alcohol and (or) illegal drugs is prohibited at the storage facility.
    • Firearms are prohibited at the storage facility.
    • No partial refunds

    • Gasoline, oil, fuel, grease, paint or flammables
    • Explosives, fireworks or ammunition
    • Corrosive, toxic or hazardous materials
    • Controlled substances or alcoholic beverages
    • Food or perishables
    • Any dangerous or health-risk item
    • Any creature or organism, living or dead
    • Waste

    Our storage facility is designed for storage only. The following is not permitted:

    • Playing of any type of musical instruments
    • Working in the unit. This includes working on vehicles, hobbies, etc.
    • Any illegal use of any kind
    • Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility

    • Do I need to supply a lock?
      Yes, we do sell locks in our office for your convenience or you can supply your own lock.
    • Do I need insurance?
      It's optional if you choose to insure your stored items.
    • How do I gain access to my unit?
      You can gain access 7 days a week 365 days a year from 7am to 9pm using a controlled access gate.
    • Can I pay for my unit over the phone?
      Yes credit card and Visa debit payments are accepted.
    • What type of payment do you accept?
      Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Visa Debit, E-transfer, Cheques, and Cash are accepted
    • What is the minimum time I can store for?
      One month is the minimum rental period. No partial refunds.
    • How long does it take to rent a unit?
      Easy 5 min. application procedure.
    • What are your office hours?
      The office is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30-5 and closed Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & holidays
